Valley Rovers are joining the GAA Health Clubs Programme.
As part of this programme, we are planning to take part in the Ireland Lights Up Walking initiative.
Starting on this Thursday 8th of January at 7pm, we will meet on the Astro pitch in Innishannon village, for a friendly and active few laps of walking around the track.
We plan to continue this programme for 6 weeks, each Thursday and Sunday at 7pm.
This is for the benefit of all members of our community, so all ages and fitness levels are welcome, just no dogs are allowed.
This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with your community as you keep active. Please bring your Hi-Viz tops, and spread the word.
