Valley Rovers GAA Club wish to extend their deepest sympathy to Eddie ,Roisin ,Ted,Emily, Ally and all the extended McGrath family. On the sad passing of Eddie’s dad James (Jim). May James rest in peace. 

McGrath (Slaughts, Kilgarvan, Co. Kerry and formerly of Kilmoney, Carrigaline, Co. Cork) On October 5th 2025, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at Oaklodge Nursing Home, Cloyne, James (Jim) beloved husband of the late Maud, loving father of James and Eddie and dear brother of Vincie, Tommy, Carmel and the late Mary. Sadly missed by his loving family, grandchildren Tabitha, Ted, Ally, Emily and Louise, daughters-in-law Róisín and Cèline, extended family and friends.
 
May he rest in peace.
 
Reposing at Fordes Funeral Home, Old Waterpark, Carrigaline on Tuesday (7th) from 5:00pm until 6:00pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday (8th) at 11:00am in the Church of Our Lady and St. John, Carrigaline. Funeral afterwards to The Island Crematorium.
