Well done to Sam Molomphy, Alex White, Ronan Murphy, James Ryan & Ciaran Guinane who lined out for Cork Mid West today in the Tony Forristal Cup in Waterford, getting to the final before being beaten.

Its been a busy and a fruitful few weeks for these lads, with a P2 county final to look forward to in hurling and a P2 semi final in football, there's plenty to be excited about.
